The M.C. Kali Group is a branch of Rick Faye's Minnesota Kali Group U.S.A. and has been in business since 1994. The school is owned and operated by Mel Corrigan. Mel has practiced various Martial Arts for over 30 years. He is a certified instructor under World Famous Guro Dan Inosanto in Kali (Philipino Martial Arts) and Jun Fan Gung Fu (Bruce Lees Martial Arts). He is a Certified level 3 instructor under Sifu Rick Faye of the Minnesota Kali Group U.S.A. Mel is also a coach in Combat Submission Wrestling under Sensei Erik Paulson, the World light heavyweight Shoot Fighting champion. Monday 7pm - 8pm CSW (Combat Submission Wrestling) MMA Padwork 8.15pm - 9.15pm STX Kickboxing Tuesday 7pm - 8pm Kickbox Aerobics 8.15pm - 9.30pm Beginners Martial Arts Wednesday 7pm - 8pm Panantukan (Phillipino Boxing) 8.15pm - 9.30pm - Phase 1 (levels 1-3) and Phase 2 Thursday 6.30pm - 7.30pm - Teens Martial Arts (ages 13-16yrs) A mixture of martial arts 7.45pm - 9pm CSW Ground Fighting (Combat Submission Wrestling) Friday All Day - Private Lessons Saturday Morning until 1pm - Private Lessons 1.30pm - 2.30pm - Childrens Martial Arts (ages 5 - 12yrs) Mixture of martial arts which includes a belt grading system 3pm - 4.30pm CSW Ground and Stand-up Grappling (Combat Submission Wrestling) 1hr training then optional 30 mins wrestling Sunday 10.30am - 11.20am - Kettlebell Blast (must have attended Intro Seminar)
