The Hospice is an independent charity with care provided free of charge to over 1,000 patients every year. We also support those people important to our patients. We rely on the generosity of all sectors of our local community who have kindly supported the Hospice for over 30 years. Since the Hospice opened in 1983 many thousands of local people and their families have benefitted from our care whether given in the hospice building or in patients' own homes.
