L'Entrecote began life in Paris in 1959 serving a deliciously simple menu of walnut salad followed by tender striploin with golden fries and the chef's secret sauce. The dish was so popular the owner decided to serve his customers seconds - after all, you can't have too much of a good thing! The business has since grown to include seven restaurants across London, New York and Mexico City but the concept and quality remain the same.
