The FranBea Cake Parlour is dedicated to using high quality fresh ingredients. Their exceptional standard of service has given them a reputation as the 'go to' bakery in the region with clients in London, The South East, East Anglia, The Midlands and Derbyshire. Following a successful career in the City, Michelle chose a change of direction to spend more time with her daughters; this gave her the chance to indulge in her lifelong passion for baking. Michelle discovered a talent for sugar art and creating sumptuously decadent new flavours and, as demand for her cakes increased, she founded The FranBea Cake Parlour, which is named after her two daughters - Francesca and Beatrice. Michelle's eclectic love of the arts and fine foods is evident in her designs and menu, which are a balance of innovation, sophistication and elegance. Michelle also has a playful side which becomes apparent in her more quirky designs.
