Our approach is warm and will relax you as you build strength and flexibility from the feet up. Life is a journey full of movement and we want to enjoy every minute of the ride! Our holistic approach to body movement incorporates Nia, Pilates and Nordic Walking. We are a leading Pilates studio offering matwork and reformer session. Our Pilates work is complimented with the Barefoot team of therapists including physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports massage, acupuncture and others.
