Ideally situated on the River Tweed, The Yair is a beautiful setting no matter what the purpose of your visit. Garden Cottage - sleeps 4 1 Braefoot - sleeps 4 Braefoot Cottage - sleeps 6 FISHING - The Yair beat consists of 3 miles of right bank fishing bordering Peel to the top, approximately 300 yards above Ashiestiel Bridge, and Sunderland Hall to the bottom. Situated on a very attractive private estate, the beat offers a wide variety of fishing and boasts some spectacular scenery. There are more than 16 named pools, of which most are easily accessible, and these are divided to allow fishing for 7 rods. Rods are let from the second last full week of September through to the end of November.
