FORMIS was founded in 2010 by ex-guitarists of Iscariota band. Their first two albums "Perfect Excuse" (2011) and "Mental Survival" (2014) had very good reviews in the underground press around the globe. Band promotes their albums touring individually, as well as in the side such names as Decapitated, Hate, Armagedon, Furia, Bloodthirst, Stillborn, KAT & Roman Kostrzewski, Frontside, Horrorscope and more.
