Our mission is to bring the best steak quality from New York to Berlin. All our beef is certified and selected U.S. Black Angus. On its way from the U.S. to Berlin our beef is not frozen but aging during the transport. Our chefs prepare the steaks the American way: with a crispy crust and medium, medium rare or medium well - but not well done. We apologize for this but this utterly high beef quality does not deserve to end up "well done". We guarantee that all our food in this restaurant is prepared with a 100% fresh ingredients and we do not use any frozen or convenience products.
