Glencairn Properties is a young independent development and Investment company. Started in 2011 by Brothers Daryl and Barry after they saw an opportunity to develop a derelict care home into a 20 bed student block five minutes’ walk from Aberdeen University. The current project offers a different challenge creating 37 Colony style homes on the edge of Edinburgh’s New Town. Bellevue Colonies will showcase the company’s contemporary style with an attention to detail, quality and service that could only come from a hands on family run company.
