Our facilities are nothing like the run of the mill facilities you will find in your regular gym. No pounding of treadmills, sweating over elliptical exercisers, not a stair machine, rowing machine nor exercise bike in sight. No machines what so ever! You are the machine. We are stripping – literally! We have taken exercise back to its natural roots. Fitness that means something, fitness that you can use in your everyday life. Its not about being thin, ripped or musclebound. It’s about gaining a good all round fitness that means something. You WILL gain the kind of fitness levels to ensure you are at the top of the food chain in the event of the zombie apocalypse – should it ever happen! Above all you are going to have so much fun you aren’t even going to notice you are training…..too much! By focusing on movement, and using your body the way it was designed to move. By climbing, swinging, crawling, rolling, jumping, balancing, diving, pulling, pushing, squatting, throwing, sprinting, dodging, hanging, spinning, breathing and stretching – all within one very special space!
