One of us is a trained, award-winning chef, the other is obsessed with food, online marketing and wood-burning stoves (and making fire). Our pizza dough is made from 00 flour and yeast, a splash of olive oil (admittedly, not local!), salt and sugar. Our tomato topping is made from tomatoes, onions and garlic and is cooked long and slow for a full, delicious flavour.
