Our beef is matured on the bone before being hand cut and dressed by our master butchers, giving unrivalled flavour and succulence. We have whole free range chickens from Gartmorn Farm; free range and organic turkeys from Copas; seasonal fresh game including pheasant, grouse, rabbit and hare; duck breast and whole Mallard duck and Gressingham duck. Add to that our wide selection of handmade gourmet sausages, burgers and kebabs; locally grown, seasonal, fresh vegetables; and premium fine foods from unusual, independent suppliers and you have the perfect recipe for delicious, nutritious, ethical meals to suit any budget.
