We're a community-run theatre that has been producing a range of shows since 1932 offering anyone with an interest in theatre the opportunity to get involved. Typically producing around 9 productions a year, there is a broad mix of entertainment - comedy, drama and pantomime - that provides something for everyone whether you want to watch our shows, or get involved on- or off-stage. Our thriving Youth Theatre offers younger members of the community a chance to develop their acting skills building confidence and we're pleased that a number of them have stayed with us over the years. We are a member of the Little Theatre Guild and are very proud of our standard of productions and our friendly atmosphere. We work closely with many charitable organisations in the area that regularly book performances at special rates to raise funds for their organisation
