USU was established in 2004 by Mohammed Nahal, a teacher at Kenilworth School and the former International co-ordinator, and Rich Evans, a former pupil of the school. We aim to raise awareness of poverty throughout Africa by putting on concerts, swing nights and organising many other events within the Kenilworth community. We also simultaneously fundraise for many different charities and have raised over £61,000 to date!
