Welcome to Rougemont School Rougemont School is a busy, friendly independent day school, taking girls and boys from Nursery right the way through to the Sixth Form. Our school site is known as Llantarnam Hall and encompasses the three main school departments: the Infants' School & Rougemont Rainbows Nursery, housed in a self-contained building called Nant Coch House, the Junior School in Llantarnam Hall itself and the Senior School in the Burge Building. We believe in giving children a head start and we aim to do just that for each and every one of our pupils. At the heart of achieving this lies a supportive environment, where children are encouraged to learn, play, develop and reach their full potential as rounded individuals. Our small class sizes, the team of dedicated and approachable teachers and the excellent relationship between staff and pupils all combine to create Rougemont's distinctively caring and friendly character. Our aim is that our pupils should thrive in every way at Rougemont School. I hope that we shall be able to help your children do the same.
