Service Delivery - What We Do We have a 'one stop shop' model to offer a wide range of support and services, ensuring that women: • Engage well with a service they trust • Feel supported to work hard to achieve their goals • Do not ‘fall between the gaps’ as can happen if they are signposted to a range of services. We recognise and support the principle that if interventions are wrapped around the primary care giver, then the wider family and community share the benefits of outcomes. Through consultation with service users, volunteers, staff and wider stakeholders, we are able to evidence the effectiveness of the ‘one stop shop’ model of services.
