Much of the work that CVS does focuses on several key areas:- • Services and support; • Development work; • Liaison; • Representation; • Strategic partnerships Thurrock CVS provides support in the form of funding advice, training, access to meeting rooms and equipment, newsletters and specialist services. It encourages networking between individuals and groups within the sector, and between local groups and the statutory and private sectors. Groups can learn from each other, establish contacts and work more effectively.
