For those who know their steaks and quality, you are in for a treat, Brettingtons has the largest WAGYU BEEF on the menu. Our Executive Head Chef, Sean Spiller has worked closely with suppliers to ensure that we have the best Wagyu beef from a family farm in Montgomeryshire, Wales whom produce a grass fed kobe-style beef here in the UK. Keeping with the same regime that is practiced in Japan, the cattle are fed up to 4 pints of beer per day with the occasional massage! Dexter cattle take longer to mature, with extensive farming, the marbling that is produced creates a full flavour and melt in the mouth qualities. They have a grass fed diet, this leads to a magnificent creamy soft yellow coloured fat, the Dexter cattle also have a beer fed diet. Long Horned Beef, a very rare breed of cattle is used to make our Homemade Burgers. 100% Beef. Here at Brettingtons we source our Lobsters from Nova Scotia and are delivered Live daily. We source them responsibly from Canada due to their strict policies on sustainable fishing.
