Seitou Ryu Karate® is a group of karate clubs based in South Essex teaching a both traditional and sport Goju karate. We were officially established as Seitou Ryu Karate® in 2005 although our classes have been running since 2001. Classes are taught by chief instructor Sensei Richard Hang Hong and the club instructors and assistants in the following areas. Grays St Clements Church Hall, London Road, RM20 4AL Wednesdays 5.45pm - 6.45pm (Children: 5-12yrs: Beginners) 7pm - 8pm (Children 5-12yrs: Intermediate) Belmont Village Hall, Parker Road, RM17 5YN Saturdays 10.30am - 11.30am (Children & Adults: Beginners) 11.30am - 12.30pm (Children & Adults: Intermediate) South Ockendon Royal British Legion, Faymore Gardens, RM15 5NN Mondays 6.45pm - 7.45pm (Children 5-12yrs) 8pm - 9.30pm (Adults 13yrs+) Friday 5.45pm - 6.45pm (Children: 5-12yrs: Beginners) 7pm - 8pm (Children 5-12yrs: Intermediate) 8pm - 9.30pm (Adults 13yrs+) Wickford Runwell Community Primary School, Canewdon Gardens, SS11 7BJ Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.00pm - 7.00pm (Children 5-12yrs) 7.15pm - 8.45pm (Tuesdays Adults 13yrs+ Thursdays advanced class) All instructors and assistants are fully qualified, first aid trained and DBS checked.
