Welcome to Bond Estates We are an independent family run Estate and Letting Agents, offering a friendly and efficient service, whilst using the latest technology and advertising in Tendring and the surrounding areas. Our vastly experienced Team are always available to offer unparalleled levels of service and professionalism. John Clitheroe (Partner) and Peter Bond (Partner) run the business and have over 25 years experience of Estate Agency, Letting and Property Management. They both have an extensive knowledge of the local market and aim to keep your dealings with Bond Estates as stress free as possible. Kelly Bowles (Lettings Manager) is responsible for the day to day running of the lettings department with overall responsibility for both the lettings and property management sides of the company. Kelly is ideally placed to ensure that your dealings with Bond Estates will be a pleasant and rewarding experience. Our established property management and sales departments are headed Tom Hopkins (Senior Sales and Lettings adviser), and is ably assisted by Nicola (Administration Assistant) and Ross Kent & Matt (Negotiators), whilst the company currently manage properties with an estimated value in excess of £30million. Mark Packford, who is currently in charge of our valuations, deals with the day to day sales side of the company including valuations, contacting telephone and internet leads, vendor checks, viewings and tying up sales.
