The Grow Organisation exists to promote mental wellbeing through outdoor-based activites and basic life skills. From growing organically, to basic budgeting and cooking, activities are offered that facilitate long term recovery and build resilience. We support the whole community: veterans, those with mental health concerns, and those at risk of social isolation are key groups to benefit from activities at Grow.
