From the Bay of Bengal to the Sunda Straits, The Spice Route was the lifeline of trade in the era. Cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, turmeric, ginger and pepper were the diamonds of their times and were often shrouded in mystery, believed to originate from myth. We take you from Kerala to Myanmar with our spices, bringing gems of flavour from the Indian subcontinent to you. Our chef has over 10 years’ experience of working in various restaurants in the South of England. As our cuisine and palates evolve the Spice Route delivers a blend of traditional and modern fusion dishes from Bangladesh and the Indian subcontinent.
