We were established in 1992, as a result of the privatisation and buyout of the Isle of Wight County Council’s in-house contract services provider (DSO – Direct Supply Organisation). Now, with 23 years’ experience providing high quality services to a number of public and private sector clients across the South, and a turnover of £30 million, we are a well-respected name in the maintenance, construction and building refurbishment markets. Our professional and technical knowledge, coupled with a true understanding of quality service delivery, helps us achieve high levels of client satisfaction at all times. Our service is underpinned by health and safety (CHAS), environmental (ISO 14001) and quality (ISO 9001) management systems and supported by an integrated central services group that comprise a Health and Safety team, Human Resources and Business Development departments. As a member of The Quarr Group (turnover circa £50 million) but operating as an autonomous subsidiary, Mountjoy has the enviable characteristics of financial strength and security of a corporate group allied to individual client service where flexibility, responsiveness, close support and a detailed understanding of clients’ needs are at the heart of the business.
