Trish and her team welcome you to The Pilates Foundry! We offer classes, small groups and private Pilates tuition for people of all ages, abilities and levels of experience. Come and try our beginners mat or Reformer classes, take your Pilates to the next level and get hooked on using the studio equipment room. We have sessions starting early morning and late evening, so there's something for everyone. We have a gorgeous spacious and welcoming studio with dedicated matwork and studio equipment rooms and we also have 4 individual shower rooms. In our dedicated treatment room you can from sports massage therapy, Reiki, relaxation massage, osteopathy, physiotherapy and much more. Ideal for rehab and general wellbeing.
