In 1983, having graduated from Westminster College, London, in Hotel and Catering Management, I decided to complete a 5 day cake decorating course in Surrey. From that point onwards my passion for creating bespoke cakes began and has continued to grow. For more than 25 years I have been designing and making cakes for family and friends. During this time I have completed many courses to develop and perfect my decorating skills and to keep up with current trends. At last, with my children now self sufficient I decided to turn my passion into a business. I specialise in creating designs and incorporating individual details to reflect the personality of the recipient. I can make a cake for any occasion including birthdays, weddings, special anniversaries, christenings and civil partnerships.
