Welcome to the Mitchell Arts Centre. The Mitchell Arts Centre is one of the city’s most loved theatre spaces. Now it’s been completely refurbished to bring it into the 21st century as a stunning creative space offering a wide range of of Arts and Cultural facilities to the community. Centrally located within the City’s Cultural Quarter The Mitchell Arts Centre will serve the city in a variety of ways. As well as a venue for various events it can also be hired for performances, rehearsals and auditions. It’s also ideal for conferences, seminars and meetings and individuals can hire rooms to run classes and workshops. Our Foyer Spitfire Café Bar is open to everyone from 10am from Monday to Friday each day. Plus there’s ample chance to volunteer and so get involved that way. There is something for everyone at the good-as-new Mitchell Arts Centre.
