Fabian's Kitchen is located in Llandrindod Wells on 5-ways junction. Fabian's Kitchen is a cosy dinning experience for all. Renovated early this year it spotlights original historic features of the building yet bringing out the younger/trendy side of it by exposed brick work together with natural daylight and warm colours on the walls. While the setting is very inviting to all age groups,the main reason to visit is the FOOD! HeadChef / Owner Fabian Vieyra is well-known and loved for his cookery skills locally and away. Having run a local restaurant for 5 years and now opening his very own, what a great success story for the town!! Always producing classic, a la carte menu of quality food at reasonable prices which always includes tried and tested recipes by the family of course, Using fresh locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Vegetarian options are always available and we can cater for most dietary requests.
