First opened in Mid Wales in 1979, the Shilam has developed into a highly successful business with an excellent reputation for the finest indian cuisine. In 2003 the shilam expanded to Aberystwyth, thus, offering this special dining experience from the Montgomeryshire hills to the Ceredigion coast.
