Formally part of the Duchy of Cornwall, the mill at Downend, just outside of Lostwithiel in East Cornwall, was founded in the 1950's to provide sawn timber to the rest of the Duchy estate. Now part of the Premier Group of Companies, with branches throughout the UK, Wales and Ireland. Duchy Timber has a secure future, with a wide array of products available
