Skegness Freestyle Kickboxing Club was formed in 2005 by Ross Flay and Lee Foley. The aim of the club is to teach both adults and juniors the martial art of Kickboxing. Both Lee and Ross are fully licensed black belt instructors who hold first aid, insurance and criminal record check certificates. Due to the success of the club training is held 3 nights of the week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Boxing, MMA, and now fitness classes are also running at the club too.
