Individual LCA membership of £5.00 (correct as of July 2017) entitles members to a whole host of activities and visits, outings & concerts. The LCA have: walking groups Monday afternoon activities (table tennis, snooker and other games), a membership library that is open every week day morning (9.30 - 12.30) two active book clubs, a monthly Tea & Talks (Friday afternoon) Art History lectures over two terms (Autumn & Spring terms - Wednesday afternoon) scrabble club (Friday afternoon) friendly bridge club (Friday afternoon) coffee mornings Tuesday & Friday, an annual Kirby Lecture (past speakers have included Stephen Sackur and John McCarthy) and much, much more. Come along and join up, new ideas for membership clubs are always welcome.
