I started my Redhill-based cake company Fancy That because of my passion for baking. I believe that taste and design go hand in hand so my cakes not only look beautiful but they taste it too. I only use free-range eggs and high-quality natural ingredients for my fresh, preservative-free home-baked and decorated cakes. For those of you who struggle with wheat or gluten allergies and intolerances, all my cakes can be turned into gluten-free varieties that taste just as good. Whether you fancy cupcakes, round cakes, square cakes, mini cakes, tiered cakes or cut-out cakes, contact me and I’ll be able to help. My prices start from £10 for a batch of 12 cupcakes or £15 for a round cake for 8 people.
