bagillt is the longest village in North Wales with the council providing services for more than 3 000 people.There are 2 county councillors representing Bagillt East and Bagillt West and 15 community councillors repreenting the East Central and West wards. The council is Labour controlled. Council meetings are held alternatively at the two village schools. The council employs a part-time Clerk and part funds a community caretaker who does minor maintaince works around the village. Services include lighting providing financial support to local organisations representations on planning and other bodies
