Abbey Rentals Ltd was formed in 1999 with the sole purpose of providing quality letting and management of student and post graduate properties in the historical City of Chester The Company prides itself on being the largest Student Lettings Agent in Chester and is market leader in offering properties of an extremely high standard and a dedication to ensuring that our tenants needs are the focus of our business For Academic year 2012 - 2013 we are now offering all houses All Inclusive of bills, so budgeting just got easier (includes Water, Gas, Electric and Broadband upto 24Mb) All student houses are accredited with the local authority and all properties have Gas and Electrical Certificates and Fire Certificates as standard. All houses with more than 4 bedrooms are now Licensed with the Local Authority which complies with recent Government Legislation All lounges within an Abbey Rental owned proeprty contains LCD TVs and DVD Players as standard and every bedroom has its own T.V Point Abbey Rentals have been inspected by Cheshire West and Chester council which has resulted in the company being accepted onto the Cheshire Landlord Accreditation Scheme, with properties also gaining the Student Stamp as recognition of thehigh standard of property available We are continually striving to improve Student Accommodation in Chester and now many rooms have ensuite facilities Abbey Rentals have been raising the standard of Student accommodation since 1999
