Raynham Way community centre is currently the home of a local pre school, over 50's group as well as other user groups. The centre has two halls, a fully equipped kitchen, disabled access to all areas, car parking including 3 disabled spaces, a bike rack, male, female and disabled toilet facilities, baby changing room. At the back of the centre is a public children's play area and to the front of the centre a large public green.
