Underhill Real Estate Agency is an independent estate agent opened in South Street, Exeter, in March 2004. We would respectfully ask users to remember that this is a public forum, and as such to keep language and commentary within the bounds of public decency. We are happy to receive comments online and/or by email, and will do our utmost to respond in an appropriate fashion. Underhill's commitment is to provide a high-quality, efficient and personal service covering sale, acquisition and letting of property. The first office, in South Street, was opened in February 2004, taking over from the business originally created by Tim Underhill. In February 2007, Underhills opened its second office, in Cowick Street, to look after its increasing client base in the western reaches of the city. Underhills is now the only independent estate agent to have two city offices. Following on from its establishment of a quality brand representing excellent service, Underhills has been able to open a third office, in Dawlish. We are now able to provide top quality estate agency services across the South Devon.
