We teach Shotokan and Free Style Karate, Self-defense, Yoga and Mediation for children from age 5 onwards and also for adults as well. We also have children's achievment and development programme for developing leadership qualities in children. The CADP has been designed and implemented to improve junior students in Karate. This traditional quality is the spirit by which karate students not only train physically, but also how they choose to develop and live their lives. It goes beyond the physical blocks, kicks and punches and instils a sense of confidence, humility, and humanity and to build self-esteem. We also teach Yoga and Meditation for Children, to practice at home to improve memory power, increase focus and concentration to have overall positive impact on their academical level.
