Croeso Care Ltd has been established in West Wales since 2007 and was set up by two friends Heather Burt & Fiona Morris. Their caregivers provide care in Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire and we are now branching out into the Cardiff and surrounding areas with day care, night care and 24 hour live in care. Through their team of care professionals, they are ideally placed to provide a care package that is tailored to the individual which would allow service users to remain in their own homes for as long as possible, and believe that this is the key to people maintaining their dignity at a time when it is all too easy for it to be lost unnecessarily. This also enables individuals with an alternative choice to residential care. Croeso Care is regulated and registered by the CSSIW, (Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales) and are active members of UKHCA (United Kingdom Health Care Association) Services they Provide At Croeso Care they are very proud to offer a variety of services these include: - 24 Hour Care Their main objective is to promote choice for the individuals to remain in their own homes without the need for Residential Care at an affordable cost. The care package is not only for the individual but can give peace of mind to the relatives knowing their loved one is being cared for and a manager can be contacted 24 hours a day.
