Executive head chef, Andrew McLeish and his team have created an impressive modern European menu, focusing on fantastic seasonal ingredients – our extensive wine list perfectly compliments Andrew’s refined cooking. Think pressed terrine of foie gras & smoked duck breast with a glass of Pineau des Charentes reserve. At Chapter One, we believe that offering value for money is just as important as award-winning food. Three courses at dinner is £39.95, for lunch is £29.95 and we also offer a less formal brasserie menu available Monday – Saturday lunchtimes. On a Sunday evening you can enjoy the a la carte menu for just £34.95 – the perfect way to round off your weekend. At Chapter One we have a smart casual dress code which means gentlemen are not expected to wear a jacket and tie, jeans are fine as long as they are smart and shorts must be tailored. No sportswear allowed.
