If you would like your child to start gymnastics classes at our club please contact us and we will add them to to waiting list. We offer recreational classes on: Mondays 5:30-7:00 and 7:00-8:30 (advance class) Tuesday 5:00-6:30 Wednesday 5:00-6:30 Friday 4:45-6:00 and Saturday 9:30-11:00 and 11:00-12:30 (advance class) During these sessions we spend 30 minutes warming up and doing basic skills, then the gymnasts are split into groups with a maximum of 8 per coach and go on each piece for 15 minutes including vault, bars, beam and floor/track/rebound. Our club gymnasts are selected by the coaches to train 4 days a week and compete at county, regional and national level competitions. All of our coaches are DBS checked and have coaching qualifications ranging from level 1 to level 4. We have all the Olympic apparatus including a full sprung floor, a brand new vaulting table and carbon fibre tumble track, 2 single bars, 2 double bars, a pit bar and 4 beams.
