What do we mean by reinventing fish & chips? It means going back to the times when fresh, locally sourced ingredients were the norm, when cooking from fresh was the only way, while looking forward to the future by adding new twists to old classics, inventing new dishes, or catering for wheat intolerance. We aim to take the best from how it used to be, and combine it with the best of what’s to come.
