It aims to… •To produce high quality and imaginative work that will challenge preconceptions of disability. •To research and develop socially inclusive arts programmes for Gloucestershire that promotes inclusion for both artists and audiences. •To use theatre and educational initiatives to dispel images of defenselessness. •To provide professional training models of inclusive practice for other arts providers and educational establishments. •To empower young deaf and disabled artists to pursue a professional career in the arts through workshops led by inspiring role models. •To promote an excitement and desire for inclusive practice amongst all young artists encouraging more diversity in the entertainment created in and offered to Gloucestershire audiences.
