At StudioYoga we want to bring the benefits of Yoga, Pilates and Mindfulness to everyone, whatever your age or level of fitness. You can join a group or have 1:1 tuition. Sign up for a course or come on a drop-in basis. Specialist classes for the over 70s and those recovering from injury or surgery. Children's yoga classes in the school holidays. We also run weekend yoga workshops for teachers and trainee teachers. All our instructors are fully qualified, insured and passionate about what they teach.
