Winchester Pilates offers mat classes, one to one sessions and small group studio sessions for all levels, from complete beginner to advanced practitioner. Our studio is fully equipped with both the Classical Pilates machines: Reformer, Cadillac, Combo and Exo Chair, Ladder Barrel and the contemporary Core Aligns. All prospective clients will need an induction to assess their individual needs, and all studio and one to one sessions are by appointment.
