We are based at two different sites - Osmaston Road in Allenton and Keldholme Lane in Alvaston. Our telephone and computer systems are all linked so through our new telephone system we are able to process your call at both sites, make appointments, give results or deal with any other enquiries. All of our sites have a range of health professionals able to deal with your health needs and offer you the best possible level of health care. Our core opening times are from 8.00am-8.00pm on Mondays and 8.00am-6.30pm Tuesday to Friday. If you require an on-the-day appointment, please ring from 8am. Dependent on your request, you will be offered an appointment with a GP or you may be offered one with our Nurse Practitioner. These are highly skilled clinicians who are able to treat the majority of illnesses and can prescribe medications when necessary. Pre-bookable GP appointments are available from 11am for up to one week in advance. Please be advised that these are limited.
