At Pittville Estates we take pride in being the local, independent, family run estate agent who always puts the needs and requirements of the client first. We take an honest and personal yet professional approach to every property sale. We aren’t part of a large chain and we do everything in house so we are always here for when you need. We believe that communication, even when there isn’t anything to report is the key to a successful agent and vendor relationship. Furthermore, we believe that property presentation and advertisement is the key to achieving a successful sale of a property. We combine this, along with treating every vendor, their situation and their property as unique throughout the sale process in order to achieve the best results for everyone involved. We are determined to help vendors come to market by offering not only competitive rates, but by also my offering a more bespoke and inclusive package. Being independent allows us to be flexible and to therefore go the extra mile and deliver the highest levels of customer service.
