Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) is an Arm’s Length Management Organisation set up in 2003 to manage and maintain Cheltenham Borough Council’s housing stock. We manage over 5,000 homes around Cheltenham including general needs, sheltered homes, and leaseholder properties. We value the involvement of our customers in shaping the services we deliver and with their help, we are improving local services and building healthy communities where people want to live now and in the future.
