Central Notts Mind provide people of the Mansfield and Ashfield area with Mental Health and Memory Support. We have our own Counselling Service to provide one to one support. We run group sessions such as our carers group, men's and women's groups and activity and social groups to promote social inclusion and bonding. We also run our very own Mansfield and Ashfield Memory Support Group (MAMS) to support with Memory loss. If you would like to access our groups, counselling or MAMS group please do not hesitate to get in touch and we can discuss our referral process.
