LIFE-TRANSITION COACHING Life transition coaching recognises that meaningful life transitions always begin with an ending. You have to let go of the old thing before you can pick up the new – not just outwardly, but within yourself, where you keep your connections to the people, places, and beliefs that have acted as definitions of who you are or have been over a period of time in your life-journey. In the context of life transition coaching, my role is to help you to articulate your dreams, formulate specific goals and plans related to that and to support you as you follow these through to the kinds of changes you want to make and to achieving the goals most important to you. So the coaching agenda will be entirely up to you and will depend on what you really want and the specific context within which you are seeking change.
