To qualify to use Ring and Ride you must: - Have a mobility problem which makes it difficult or impossible for you to use conventional public transport - Be a resident in one of the West Midlands urban boroughs, which are: • Coventry • Dudley • North Birmingham • Sandwell • Solihull • South Birmingham • Walsall • Wolverhampton - You must have completed a form (sent to you after registering) declaring that you have a mobility problem. The Charity may ask you to produce a Doctor's Note if there is doubt about qualification to use the service - You can be any age In some of the area between Solihull and Coventry which is known as the"MeridenGap", Ring and Ride is unavailable. However, an accessible transport service called "Taxibus" provides a similar service. If you want to register to use Ring and Ride then you or somebody on your behalf should contact the office for the area in which you live. Please click on the map below for your particular region. When you first register, you will be able to book your first return journey up to 7 days in advance so it is a good idea to have in mind a journey which you would like to make.
